Concealed carry redux

The House is working on passing the concealed carry bill again after it was invalidated by the courts due to not following proper constitutional procedure. It will likely pass again, this time without the chicanery. I'm not thrilled about this bill, but in the long run, I don't think it will make much difference in anything.

The same House Republicans who voted unanimously* to ban the sale of Dayquil and Sudafed in all of Minnesota think it's fine for people to be walking around town with hidden guns. Call me crazy, but concealed guns seem slightly more dangerous than nasal decongestants. I'm also not really sure why pro-gun Representatives get so crazy about taking away the rights of law-abiding citizens only when it comes to firearms.

*to be fair all but four (I think) House Dems voted for it too.
