Talk about a stupid law. I understand the danger in these situations, but how about making it illegal to use your position of power to coerce sex, instead of just banning all sex because it must be all bad?

Leaving aside sodomy laws and anti-gay statutes that may or may not exist, are there other instances where people are legally barred from having consensual sex? I'm wondering if physicians have similar laws. I strikes me that this is more the purview of a professional code of ethics with its associated review board -- "policing their own." What business does the state (or the State) have in this?
