Huh?

Senator Dayton, it's called "the weather." It is unpredictable, especially here in Minnesota, and there's nothing you can do about it.

There is a reason why his approval ratings are so low. He gets batshit crazy every now and then. He made Norm Coleman sound reasonable.

actually, there's a report that there was a 45 min delay between the first notation of "hook echo," on radar returns and the sounding of sirens. A hook echo is a "classic" radar indication of tornadic winds. So it may not be an unreasonable proposition to determine if there was a delay in the warnings and why. NB: the actual warnings are apparently issued out of the NWS office in Kansas City.
